Both Primary 3 classes have met some important visitors in our school this week – the SHANARRI buddies!

We met Safe Stella, Healthy Henry, Active Amir, Nurtured Nora, Achieving Andrew, Respected Rhiya, Responsible Robbie and Included Isabella. Isabella wanted so badly to be included in our learning, all sorts of things were happening – firstly with Miss Smith and Mr Williamson’s laptops!

They are only here for a short while and then they are visiting another school so we have lots of fun activities involving them in the coming weeks.

Primary 3 have been impressing us again with their Art skills. We used printing techniques to create leaves to be used to build up Fantastic Mr Fox’s habitat. We also had a go at drawing and painting like Quentin Blake, the illustrator we have been learning a little about, the pictures we created could be mistaken for Quentin Blake’s!

We also put our computer skills to the test today, by logging on, setting up a word document, inserting a picture and text, changing size, colour and font, and saving and printing. We have them printed off and up on our wall already to show off our skills!

Super work this week Primary Three. We are so proud of you all.

Please can we remind you that we are off on Monday and Tuesday, and return to school on Wednesday. Homework will begin week beginning the 28th of September. For Primary 3, this will be posted on the blog until further notice. Keep your eyes on the blog for further notice and additional information.

Have a lovely long weekend and we will see you all on Wednesday.

Thank you once again, Miss Smith and Mr Williamson.
